About

GIOVANNA

Mom, Wife, Sister, Homie

Soy Mexicana and I am the proud product of immigrants in America. I am proud of my struggles and I never let adversity get the best of me. I have been extremely blessed in my life and am grateful for all that I am and will be. I live in the moment and focus on the good things in life. I have two beautiful kids with my husband and we have been married for 6 years. Nashville, TN is home. We moved to Colorado and came back. The culture was amazing and the Latino community was so diverse that you could feel the love everywhere. I want to cultivate that same kind of feeling here in MY CITY!

Motherhood has been  a wonderful journey but not at all easy. I let go of perfection and give myself grace everyday. Through self-love, healthy routines, balancing chakras, yoga, and intentional practices, I have been able to maintain a high confidence which also gives me strength. You know that strength you need to keep going on your most difficult days and you’ve already had enough coffee.. Where do you get that? YOU ALREADY HAVE IT WITHIN YOU. I am on a mission to help create that mindset and show you how to utilize these valuable FREE tools. I will be cultivating a sacred space for women to feel seen, heard and supported when it comes to adversity. Latina moms specifically, we need a community to connect.  My mission is to empower, encourage and provide resources to Latina moms so that you can have more influence outside of your casa and create happy, healthy, connected families.

Helping mommas come together to:
